CPCU President’s Message – December 2016
As I reflect on 2016 and look forward to the New Year, I want to pause and thank the Arizona CPCU Society Chapter Members for giving me an opportunity to serve as Chapter President. Where did the time go?

The Board knew that we would have a challenging year with Hawaii being selected as the location for the Annual Meeting. We far exceeded all expectations by having 270 New Designees representing the Arizona Chapter alone.

It’s been an absolute privilege to serve as the Arizona Chapter President. Our chapter continues to be spotlighted for our local and National contributions. Personally, I’ve enjoyed serving beside an outstanding board of leaders. They stepped up to every challenge and exceeded our goals time and time again.

Our vision for 2016 was succession leadership; finding and developing the leaders of the future. I’m proud to say that we found new and creative ways to involve current members while recruiting New Designees on committees and board positions. This focus will serve our Chapter well for years to come.

Your incoming President Brent Dohogne will do an amazing job. I hope that you got a chance to attend our December Business Meeting to see next year’s board and congratulate on being elected into office. If not, I encourage you to attend our January 11th Chapter Luncheon.

It’s with sincere gratitude that I thank you for supporting me this year. I’m very proud of everything that we accomplished and will continue to accomplish with the 2017 Board.

Warmest regards,
Kim Ferrera, CPCU
President – Arizona CPCU Society Chapter
