RESEARCH

Responsibilities

  • Formulate plan for completing research project including time line
  • Recruit chapter members to participate
  • Completion of chapter research project at least every two years
  • Provide updates to Board regarding progress of Report
  • Provide ideas for subsequent reports
  • Qualifications

  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to take a project to completion

  • Completed and published research project every two years

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CPD PROGRAM)

The purpose of the CPD Program is to encourage all CPCU’s to continue their personal and professional development beyond the designation and to recognize in some formal manner those CPCU’s who do.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a current list of CPD qualifiers
  • Promote the Society’s CPD Program and encourage all CPCUs to obtain their CPD qualification

Qualifications

  • Membership in CPCU Society and CPD qualification
  • Regular CPCU Society chapter meeting attendance
  • Participation in CPCU Society chapter activities

Measures of Success

  • 60% of membership hold CPD qualification
