February Lunch Meeting
AZ CPCU welcomes our 2nd speaker of the year, Chris Camacho, President & CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, one of the longest standing public private partnerships for economic development across the country.
Mr. Camacho will provide an interesting perspective on Arizona’s economic outlook and challenges. As someone named to Consult Connect’s Top 50 U.S. Economic Developers in 2015 and 2016, named among an international group of “40 Under 40” by the Phoenix Business journal in 2012 and Development Counselors International in 2013, named the Economic Developer of the Year in 2011 for the Association for Economic Development, and recognized as the Chamber of Commerce Leader of the Year in 2007, there is no one more qualified to speak on the subject.
It will be a riveting presentation, but this meeting will fill-up very fast, so please click here to register now!
Location: Sheraton at Wrigleyville West (11:30am to 1:00pm)
This Month’s Giving Opportunity
Our Chapter is proud to support the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance!
Currently nearly 1 in 3 children, 1 in 5 Arizonans, and 1 in 7 seniors in Arizona live in poverty (according to their website). We are joining their efforts in fighting the hunger that comes with poverty and doing so at a very critical time of year as the Holiday giving surge wanes.
Please strengthen our involvement by bringing canned goods to the luncheon and/or providing a generous monetary donation (Chapter will match up to $500) at the time of your registration.
